PVCu has come along way in the past few years, thus meaning that all plastic products are virtually as strong as their wooden equivalents. PVCu Fascia Boards are now as strong as they are attractive. The fascia boards we use neatly slot onto and over the ventilated soffit, this makes them extremely strong and also very neat to look at. Because of the latest advances in the PVCu industry our Fascias and Soffits are literally maintenance free, giving you an attractive, strong and hassle free addition to your home. Fascias and soffits are available in white, rosewood ( light oak woodgrain effect PVC) and cherry wood which is the dark version of the rosewood.

Bargeboards

Bargeboards are an important part of keeping your property watertight. These are the boards that start at the Fascia box end ,then run up to the gables and protect the top layers of brick work, and prevent water ingress between the brickline and roofline, out of all the roof trims Bargeboards see the worst of the weather. These too are made from the latest, quality PVCu, durability is important to us so we make sure we use marine spec stainless steel pins and screws when erecting bargeboards to prevent those unsightly rust run marks..

Re-placement board (Cappit Board)

Cappit board is a more cost effective way of sprucing up the appearance of your fascias and improving the weather resistance of your home. They are made from the same Quality PVCu as replacement Fascia board, but instead of replacing your existing boards they fix on-top. This gives a new appearance to your fascias and also stops your old wooden boards absorbing more water. Cappit board can only be used if the existing fascias are in a good enough condition to fix to, our surveyor will be able to assist you with your decision and advise on what options are available to you.

Guttering

Guttering is one of life’s pains, broken guttering, loose corners, blockages and unsightly dis-colouring, all these common problems make maintaining guttering a real chore. On all jobs were we replace any roof trims it is standard practice to put up new guttering. We realize what a chore it is to maintain, that is why we’ve tried to make it as hassle-free as possible, our guttering will not dis-colour, it is also unlikely to snap if hit by a tile or branch, this is due to the high impact plastic it is made of, all the guttering joint s we use have rubber seals to stop those annoying leaks, and also feature and ultra tight snap-in system to stop them coming apart, all in all we offer a complete low maintenance system that’ll stop t becoming such a chore.
