DAWES & WINDOWS BECOME THE FIRST COMPANY IN CORNWALL TO GAIN
MEMBERSHIP INTO PRESTIGIOUS OMBUDSMAN SCHEME

REDRUTH based double glazing and conservatory installer Dawes & Windows Ltd has become the first firm in the entire county to achieve the high standards required to gain accreditation into The Double Glazing & Conservatory Ombudsman Scheme (DGCOS), joining a select group of firms to make the grade into the prestigious scheme.

Phil Dawes, Managing Director of Dawes & Windows Ltd, said: “We are proud to be accepted as a part of the DGCOS. We have worked long and hard to maintain our standards here at Dawes & Windows and the recognition this accreditation gives us proves that we our totally committed to our customers satisfaction. Ensuring they are completely secure in the knowledge that buying their windows, doors and conservatories from us, they not only have our own comprehensive guarantees but also the backing of the DGCOS.”

There are less than 150 Ombudsman accredited double glazing and conservatory firms in the UK. Showing that Dawes & Windows  have passed a stringent accreditation process of which 40 per cent of companies who apply fail to get past the first hurdle.
